Do I have to give up Indian food?
Absolutely not — and I would never ask you to. Dal, roti, rice, sabzi — these are genuinely nutritious foods when structured properly. I work with women who eat entirely Indian home food and I build every plan around what you actually cook and eat. Your culture is not the problem.
What if I travel a lot or have a busy schedule?
This program is built for busy women — not women with unlimited time and perfect conditions. I work with corporate professionals, mums, carers, and frequent travellers. Every recommendation is designed to work in real life, including airports, restaurants, family dinners and hectic weeks.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
By week 12, the goal is that you understand your body well enough to continue independently. You’ll have a clear food framework, an understanding of your body’s signals, and the habits to maintain your results. Continued support is available if you want it — but the aim is always to make you self-sufficient.
Is there a refund if it doesn’t work?
All payments are non-refundable once the program commences. This is why I offer a free 20-minute clarity call before you commit — so we can both make sure this is the right fit before any money changes hands. I only accept clients I genuinely believe I can help.
How is this different from a meal plan?
A meal plan tells you what to eat. This program teaches you why your body responds the way it does — so you never need another meal plan again. We work on your gut health, blood sugar, cortisol and metabolic signals. The food guidance flows from understanding your body, not from following a rigid list.
I have a medical condition — can I still join?
Many of my clients have thyroid conditions, PCOS, insulin resistance, digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances. I work alongside your existing medical team — I never replace your doctor. Please mention any conditions on your clarity call so we can discuss the right approach for you specifically.
