I don’t have time to exercise. Do I need to work out for this to work?

Not at all. This is a nutrition coaching program — not a fitness program. Exercise can support your results, but it is not required. I work with many busy women who have zero time for the gym, and they still see significant results. Fat loss and metabolic health start in the kitchen, not the gym. Movement is recommended gently and only when it fits your real life.
I have a serious weakness for sweets. Will I have to give them up completely?

No — and anyone who tells you to eliminate all sweets forever is setting you up to fail. My approach is about understanding why you crave sweets and addressing the root cause — usually blood sugar instability, low protein, or stress — so the cravings lose their power over time. You will not be told to white-knuckle your way through life. That is not sustainable and it is not how I work.
I have allergies and dietary restrictions. Can you still help me?

Yes. This is a personalised coaching program — not a generic meal plan. Every recommendation is built around your specific situation, including your allergies, intolerances, and food preferences. I work with women who are gluten-free, lactose intolerant, vegetarian, vegan, and everything in between. Please mention your allergies on the clarity call so we can discuss what works for you.
I have thyroid issues. Is this program suitable for me?

Many of my clients have thyroid conditions, and nutrition plays a significant supporting role in thyroid health. I work alongside your existing medical management — I do not replace your doctor or medication. What I can do is help you eat in a way that supports your thyroid, reduces inflammation, and works with your body rather than against it. Is this expensive? I have already spent so much money on diets.

Because most diets are generic, temporary, and designed without knowing anything about you. After coaching women since 2017, I can tell you that the women who have “tried everything” are usually not the problem — the plans were. They were too restrictive, too complicated, or completely disconnected from how their body actually works. My approach starts by understanding your body signals, your hormones, your gut health, and your real daily life. Then we build something that actually fits. That is a fundamentally different starting point.
I only eat regular home-cooked food. I don’t want a fancy diet.

This is actually one of my favourite things to hear. Regular home-cooked food — dal, sabzi, rice, roti — is genuinely good for you when structured properly. I work with women who eat entirely Indian home food and I would never ask you to swap that for something unfamiliar or complicated. Good nutrition should fit real life, not fight it. We will work with the food you love and the way you already cook.
I have a big family event next month. Can I get results that fast?

I want to be honest with you here — sustainable fat loss takes time, and I will not promise you a dramatic transformation in four weeks because that would not be true or healthy. What I can tell you is that within 2 to 4 weeks of working together, most women feel noticeably less bloated, more energetic, and more in control of their eating. That visible feeling of being lighter and less puffy makes a real difference for how you feel at an event, even before significant fat loss shows.
