My story
I wasn’t always the person who understood how the body works
Like most women, I was doing what everyone says works — eating less, trying to be “good,” pushing through cravings, and then feeling guilty when I couldn’t sustain it.
There were phases of bloating, low energy, and that constant cycle of being “on track” during the day — and then completely losing control at night.
What frustrated me the most wasn’t the weight. It was the confusion. Why was I trying so hard — and still not getting results?
“I stopped asking how do I eat less — and started asking what is my body trying to tell me. That one question changed everything.”
I realised that cravings weren’t weakness — they were signals. Fat loss wasn’t about restriction — it was about stability. And metabolism isn’t something you boost — it’s something you rebuild.
Once I started working with my body instead of against it, everything became easier. More predictable. More sustainable. Less stressful.
That’s when I knew I didn’t just want to follow nutrition. I wanted to teach it differently.
Why Sattvyaa
Sattvyaa comes from the Sanskrit word Sattva — meaning balance, clarity, and harmony. That is exactly what I felt was missing in the nutrition space. Everything was extreme. Too restrictive. Too confusing. Too unsustainable. Sattvyaa represents a different way — not dieting, not elimination forever, but learning how to bring your body back into balance so fat loss becomes a result, not a struggle.
I understand South Asian food culture, busy schedules, and the frustration of trying everything and still feeling stuck. You do not have to give up your food to lose weight.
When a woman finds Sattvyaa, I want her to feel one thing: “Finally — someone who explains why my body is doing what it’s doing.”
